Services may vary depending on the vehicle year, make, model, system condition, key type, module condition, software availability, and service location.
No Guarantee of Service Completion
While we make every reasonable effort to complete requested services, some vehicles may require additional diagnostics, replacement parts, dealership-level access, module repairs, towing, or further service outside our control. We do not guarantee that every key, module, immobilizer, electrical, or diagnostic issue can be completed on-site.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, proof of ownership when required, correct location details, and safe access to the vehicle. SecureDrive Automotive Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified, if the work area is unsafe, or if the service request appears fraudulent, unlawful, or outside our service capability.
Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate provided before service is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change after inspection or diagnosis if additional labor, parts, programming, diagnostics, or special procedures are required. Customers will be informed of price changes before additional paid work is performed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, electronic payment, or other approved payment options. Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may result in additional fees and collection action.
Appointment Times and Mobile Service
Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, emergency calls, parts availability, prior jobs, or other delays. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates regarding arrival times.
Cancellations and Service Call Fees
Cancellation fees, diagnostic fees, or service call fees may apply if a technician has already been dispatched, if the customer is unavailable, if incorrect information was provided, or if service cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control.
Diagnostics and Programming Disclaimer
Vehicle diagnostics and programming involve electronic systems that may already have existing faults, damaged wiring, weak batteries, aftermarket modifications, failed modules, or communication issues. SecureDrive Automotive Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues, hidden defects, module failures, electrical problems, or conditions unrelated to our workmanship.
Parts, Keys, and Warranty
Any warranty on parts, keys, remotes, or programming will depend on the specific product and service performed. Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, physical damage, dead batteries, vehicle electrical problems, aftermarket modifications, lost keys, customer-supplied parts, or issues caused by unrelated vehicle failures.
Customer-Supplied Parts
If a customer provides their own key, remote, module, or part, SecureDrive Automotive Solutions LLC does not guarantee compatibility, quality, programming success, or long-term function. Labor and diagnostic fees may still apply even if customer-supplied parts do not work.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureDrive Automotive Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, towing costs, rental car costs, lost income, missed appointments, or delays related to vehicle service.
